Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain hard surface and carpeted floors
  • Empty trash and recycling containers
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces
  • Clean windows, glass, and entryways as assigned
  • Restock restroom and janitorial supplies
  • Perform post-construction cleaning, including removal of dust, debris, stickers, and protective coverings
  • Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
  • Follow company safety procedures and client-specific requirements
  • Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to supervisors
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while representing AquaFree professionally

Qualifications

  • Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
  • Post-construction cleaning experience is a plus
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must successfully pass any required background screening for client job sites
